Bob NebermanBen, Just a follow up to the install of the work performed at my home. As you know the heat index was extremely high the last few days. Actually, to warm for me to stay outside for more than a few minutes. However, Will, pushed on and finished the job! I was surprised to see that he worked alone and my wife was so impressed with his daily clean up and finished product that she commented that he was best installer on a project we have ever had. I must agree! Will is a great employee. His efforts warrants a “Highly Recommend” to our neighbors and friends. Thanks, Glad we found your company !

Virginia GarrisonHi Ben, This letter is to express our thanks for the excellent job done on the installation of the patio at my house. Ken and Dan were remarkable. Started on Tuesday, finished on Friday. Then a week later, the inspector okayed the job. The package you sent with the prints and other data was great. The inspector looked the prints over, did a quick visual check, and signed them off. Apparently, Sunshield Awning has a very good reputation with the City. Dick and I took some pictures with his digital camera. We are attaching some for your inspection. We will recommend you to anyone who would like a quality patio cover installed on their property.
Recently I had the opportunity to see your installer, Keith Grubb, hard at work installing what turned out to be the most beautiful patio cover I have ever seen. What made it so special is the fact that he put so much time into it and did it all by himself, with no assistants. This to me is a tremendous accomplishment, considering the minute intricacy of some of the details. He seemd to go the extra mile to put extra attention into his work to insure the awning would not leak, etc. It’s difficult to find that kind of dedication in most workers in this day and age. Mr. Grubb was also very professional and curteous and took the time to answer all questions and was meticulous in the cleanup afterwards, making sure to pick up every little screw, shard of metal and all other materials, leaving the yard spotless. When the awning was done, I was astounded by the finished product. He is not simply an awning installer, he is a craftsman, a fine one at that. You should be proud to have him as an employee. I know I’m very proud of him and the finished product looks wonderful and is being enjoyed by one and all in the family every day.
